The Portfolio Project

Premium outcomes without the premium price tag

The Portfolio Project is an in-person workshop series delivered in your market. The series is 16 hours, completed through four half-day sessions. Participants complete all project components during the series, using proprietary frameworks to produce curated deliverables ready to implement.

The project includes:

  • In-person guided instruction for all four sessions (no LMS or videos)

  • Complete project deliverables covering all seven core objectives

  • Value audit summarizing individual outcomes to share with their company

  • Alumni portal access, including digital resources and workshops for onsite teams

  • One 30-minute 1:1 follow-up within 30 days of project completion

  • Portfolio Project is priced per participant and adjusts with group size.

    • 4-6 participants: $2,275 each

    • 7-9 participants: $1,975 each

    • 10-12 participants: $1,775 each

The above pricing reflects workshops conducted over four consecutive days. For split-week scheduling, see the FAQ.

Participants in the metro Phoenix area receive 10% off and have the flexibility to schedule on non-consecutive days.

If you’re not able to join a group within your company or network, you can apply to “Find Me a Group”. See FAQ for details.

  • If you are selected as the host for your group, the price for your project participation is reduced based on the final group size. The group sizes below include the host.

    • 4-5 participants: 10% off

    • 6-7 participants: 20% off

    • 8-9 participants: 50% off

    • 10-11 participants: 75% off

    • 12 participants: Free participation

In addition to the discount, each host receives a host gift containing the Real Problems Workshop Kit and the Regional Field Journal (valued at $150).

For details on applying to be the host, see the FAQ.

  • For companies with a large number of regionals, we offer a Train the Trainer option. After completing the project, participants may apply to become internal trainers who deliver the project inside their organization. Resources are licensed directly to the company to reduce costs at scale. This is not an LMS program; it is built for interactive, in-person workshops led by a qualified project guide.

  • When a company sponsors 20 or more participants in the Portfolio Project, access to the Corporate Clarity Series is included at no cost. Once the sponsorship threshold is met, three corporate support team members receive access to the series.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Workshops are guided by Keri Conyers. Learn more about Keri and the 7° team on the About Us page.

  • The project is designed for regional managers and those preparing to become one.

Aspiring regionals participate in a dedicated version called Regional Readiness, where their deliverables focus on a single property rather than a full portfolio while the core objectives stay consistent.

We keep aspiring regionals and current regionals in separate groups to maintain alignment and ensure each track receives the appropriate level of focus.

  • Workshops are held in your market at a host-selected location, most often a corporate conference room or a private clubhouse within your portfolio.

  • The host serves as the group lead. They organize the group participants before applying, select the workshop location (often a private clubhouse or corporate conference room), and coordinate with our scheduling team to keep communication aligned. During the demo call, the host also has a one-on-one discussion with Keri to address host-specific questions, review what happens if a participant cancels, and select one bonus workshop to add at no additional charge.

The group host receives a special gift and a discounted rate for coordinating the group.

  • Many companies allocate funds for advanced development. To support that process, we created a ready-to-submit sponsorship template outlining the project’s value. Download the template below.

  • The series is designed for small groups, with a maximum of six participants per session. The interactive format requires this size to complete the project within the 16-hour structure.

For groups larger than six, sessions are split into AM and PM time slots. Participants register for the time slot that fits their schedule.

  • Groups of 10-12 may split the four half-days across two separate weeks. When this occurs, the group rate shifts to $1,975 to offset additional travel, and the $1,775 discounted rate no longer applies.

Participants must attend all four sessions to receive access to the alumni member portal.

  • Yes. However, it is recommended to form your group within the same company. All participants sign confidentiality agreements, and single-company groups allow for more open discussion of challenges.

  • If you’re not able to join a group within your company or network, you can apply to “Find Me a Group.”

Applicants are added to a location-based waitlist until the minimum number of participants is reached. Once a group is formed, you’ll be notified with the next steps and scheduling options.

  • We respond to all applications within one week. Once a group is formed and submits their application, a demonstration and introduction call is scheduled.

During this call, you meet with Keri, review objectives, discuss dates and location, and address any questions. This call occurs before the group officially books their workshop.

  • Because of the pre-booked time commitment and travel costs, the following policy applies:

    • If a participant cancels and the group’s pricing tier is affected, the cancelling participant will receive a refund minus the discount their participation enabled for the group.

    • If the group has only four participants, a cancelling member must provide a replacement. Groups require a minimum of four to proceed.

We review any additional cancellation questions during the introduction call before you secure your workshop.

  • Participants of the Portfolio Project can progress into the Train the Trainer option within their company. Details are covered during the demonstration call.
