Facilitator Addendum to Terms and Conditions

(This Facilitator Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into by and between 7degrees Multifamily, LLC ("Provider") and the undersigned individual ("Facilitator"). This Addendum supplements and is incorporated into the Participant Terms and Conditions. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning given to them in the Participant Terms and Conditions.)

Definitions

"Facilitator" refers to the individual signing this Addendum, who has been designated by Company to facilitate workshops provided by 7degrees Multifamily. A Facilitator is not a Workshop Guide, as defined in Section 1.1 of the Participant Terms and Conditions.

"Company" refers to the employer of Facilitator that holds a Partnership with Provider.

1. Grant of Delivery Right

Notwithstanding Section 2.3 of the Participant Terms and Conditions, Provider grants Facilitator the right to provide formal training and structured instruction of The Frameworks to others within Company, using the specific Workshops and Materials designated by Provider for this purpose. This right is personal to Facilitator, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

Facilitator shall not train, teach, or facilitate The Materials, The Frameworks, or The Workshops to any individual or entity outside of Company.

2. Modification Rights for Delivery Materials

Notwithstanding Section 2.3(a) of the Participant Terms and Conditions, Facilitator may adapt or alter downloaded templates and forms for use in delivering The Workshop internally. This limited modification right does not extend to the Online Resource Library itself, which remains read-only and is not subject to modification, redistribution, or derivative use beyond what is expressly permitted here.

Materials may not be uploaded, transferred, or incorporated into Company's learning management system or any other software platform, including any artificial intelligence training, generative, or machine learning system, without approval from the Provider.

Photos included within the Materials are licensed solely for use within the Online Resource Library and associated in-person workshops. Facilitator may not remove, extract, or print these photos.

3. Workshop Administration Responsibilities

For each workshop the Facilitator leads, Facilitator is responsible for:

  • Completing workshop registration;

  • Sending the invitation to participants;

  • Ordering a Portfolio Project Studio Box for each participant; and

  • Sending the Value Audit survey to participants at the conclusion of the workshop.

Workshops delivered under this Addendum must be conducted in-person only and may not be delivered virtually.

4. Access & Credential Restrictions

Facilitator's membership access is granted on a per-user basis and reflects an elevated level of access not available to standard Participants. Facilitator acknowledges and agrees not to share login credentials or membership access with any other individual — including other Participants, other associates within Company, or any individual outside of Company.

5. Confidentiality, Privacy & Professionalism

Facilitator should confer with Company regarding the appropriate handling of confidentiality and participant privacy when delivering Workshops internally. Provider's confidentiality and privacy obligations under the Participant Terms and Conditions remain limited to sessions Provider directly facilitates.

6. Term & Revocation of Access

Facilitator's access under this Addendum is contingent upon Company's continued status as an active Partnership under the Partnership Program, and will expire if that Partnership status ends for any reason.

The delivery right granted under this Addendum is contingent upon Facilitator's continued employment with Company. If Facilitator's employment with Company ends for any reason, this delivery right terminates automatically.

Company may also request that Provider revoke Facilitator's access at any time, for any reason, even while Facilitator remains employed by Company. Provider will honor such a request upon receipt.

7. No Employment Relationship

This Addendum does not create an employment, agency, or contractor relationship between Provider and Facilitator. Facilitator's relationship with Provider under this Addendum is solely for the purposes described herein, and nothing in this Addendum shall be construed to make Facilitator an employee, agent, or contractor of Provider.

By accepting this Addendum, Facilitator agrees to its terms and the terms of the incorporated Participant Terms and Conditions.
