You Are Invited
You have been invited by your organization to join the Portfolio Project as a participant. The Portfolio Project is a highly interactive workshop designed specifically for multifamily portfolio leaders. While originally developed for regional managers, the experience offers equal value to the senior operational leaders who work closely with them.
The Experience
This is not a training session; there is no math, no quizzes, and no lectures. The format is a blend of an executive forum and a design studio. We utilize proprietary frameworks and curated scenarios to examine the industry challenges that absorb bandwidth, then experiment with strategies to regain it.
Because every portfolio is unique, participants will never leave with the same outcome. We turn the walls into a canvas, so plan on standing more than sitting. What you decide to keep or discard from the experiments to create your project is entirely your choice, as is the decision of what you choose to share with your leadership.
Preparation & The Unplugged Studio
Designed as an immersive experience, the Project utilizes small-group dynamics to ensure a high-quality environment for each participant. To uphold the integrity of this setting, we ask that you prepare by blocking your calendar completely for the duration of each session. Please inform your team that you will be unavailable for calls or messages, even during breaks.
Note: The workshop is a technology-free environment. All devices (phones, laptops, tablets, and smartwatches) will be placed in a separate, secure room for the duration of the workshop.

Please note that all participants must review and accept our Terms and Privacy Policy before arriving on Day 1.
