Subscriptions & Simple Start
Value for All Leaders
Portfolio Project was designed for regional managers, yet the value is realized by all those working directly with them. With access to both Portfolio Project and Blueprint, companies are able to start building their future regionals through the Aspiring Leaders program. The Executive Designer program unlocks additional solutions to help organizations build capacity for growth.
Pricing & Early Adopter Incentives
Our resources are licensed directly to you, with no need for external support or guidance. Four hours of introduction calls are provided with each state that uses our program. The first state in any organization receives 4x introduction hours as an early adopter incentive. These hours are used to support the pilot and ensure full value is realized within the first 30 days of the program. The early adopter also receives a free consultant-led Real Problems workshop and Roadmap starter.
Companies that upgrade to the enterprise level within 30 days of the signed state-level agreement receive a full credit towards the enterprise rate. They are also provided options to co-brand our resources and transfer programs to their internal platform.
Subscriptions include two licenses per state for company-designated guides to lead the workshops with access for one year. All workshop tools are available for download and kits can be ordered through our online store for an enhanced experience. Consultant-led workshops are available at an additional cost.
Simple Start: The Portfolio Project
What is the best way to start? We recommend selecting a market with 3-4 regionals who are eager to solve their biggest challenges.
Leader Review (2 hours): The market leader and director attend a review of the workshop series prior to participants beginning the pilot.
Participants (12 hours): The workshop series is organized into four sessions averaging three hours each. It is recommended to be completed over a period of one or two weeks.
Guides and Pace
Sharing the value realized from the pilot group will create interest across the organization. Once participants begin, they are eager to finish the project and begin applying methods to their portfolio. Below are a few examples of common roll-out timelines:
Fast Track: Finish the series in two days
Moderate Pace: 1/2 day sessions, four days over one to two weeks
Slower Pace: 1/2 day sessions once a week, complete in one month
These programs were designed to be led internally and in-person through a subject matter expert or facilitator. It’s recommended to complete the pilot before determining the appropriate guide and pace.
