Value for All Leaders
The Portfolio Project was designed for regional managers, yet the value is realized by all those working directly with them. The pricing below reflects annual subscription for the Portfolio Project and Blueprint. With access to both programs, companies are able to start building their future regionals through the Aspiring Leaders program.
The subscriptions are priced per state and annual costs are lowered as more states are added. Annual rates are reflected below and subscriptions are billed quarterly.
Consultant-Led or Internal Guides
Subscriptions include two licenses for company-designated guides to lead the workshops. Four hours of implementation are included with additional hours available as needed. All workshop tools are available for download and kits can be ordered through our online store for an enhanced experience.
Consultant-led workshops are available in-market at a daily rate of $1,500 (travel costs billed separately). All workshops were designed for in-person experiences, though virtual workshops are available at $175 hourly.
The Portfolio Project includes four sessions and an estimated two days to complete. The workshops are sequenced with each building upon the previous. These include a high level of participant interaction, and it’s recommended to not exceed six participants per group. Below are a few examples of a consultant-led workshop experience.
Early Adopter Pilots
What is the best way to start? We recommend selecting one market with 4-5 regionals who are eager to overcome their current challenges with new approaches. Once they complete the program, we create a one page summary of the value realized by this early group. Sharing the success of this group with the organization will pull others into the program.
